Do I have to sign a long-term lease?
No, we offer month-to-month leases at all of our facilities.

Do I have 24-hour access to my storage unit?
Depending on the location, with prior arrangements. There may be an additional, monthly charge.

How do you protect my belongings?
All of our facilities have electronic access gates as well as video monitoring. Additionally, all facilities have fences and are lit around the perimeter of the property. Most facilities also have managers that live on location.

Are my belongings insured?
No, our insurance policy does not cover your personal items. However, we recommend that you purchase insurance policies that are available at all of our locations.

What are your methods of payment?
We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks. The rent is due on the day you rented the space. For example if you rented the unit on the 23rd of May your next payment will be due on the 23rd of June. We recommend that you enroll in our automated payment system so you do not have to worry about making your payment every month.

What items cannot be stored?
You cannot store any types of hazardous materials, flammable materials, and illegal items (such as fireworks).

Do you offer rental trucks?
Most of our facilities do offer trucks, but please check with the site for more information.

Do you sell packing materials and supplies?
Yes, all of facilities offer a variety of packing materials as well as locks for your unit.
